2. What we collect and why

Contact form

If you fill in the form on our site, we process your name, email address, optionally your company name and phone number, and the content of your message.

Purpose	Replying to your enquiry and handling further correspondence
Legal basis	Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and conducting business correspondence. If the enquiry leads to a contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
Retention	Up to 24 months from our last contact; if we start working together, for as long as tax and accounting law requires

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how our site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising. This data is pseudonymised and does not allow us to identify you personally.

3. Cookies

Our site uses cookies, which fall into two groups:

Essential – needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
Analytics and marketing – Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. We only activate these after you give consent.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie settings in the banner on our site. You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect how parts of the site work.

4. Who receives your data

We share your data only with providers that support us technically, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service:

our hosting and email provider,
Google Ireland Limited – for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Because we use Google services, your data may be transferred to the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework), and Google additionally applies standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

access your data and receive a copy of it,
have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
have your data erased,
restrict processing,
data portability,
object to processing based on legitimate interest,
withdraw your consent to analytics and marketing cookies at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to rafal@mediabite.pl. We respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you believe we process your data unlawfully.

7. Is providing data mandatory

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary but necessary for us to answer your enquiry. Without an email address we have no way to reach you.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects for you.

9. Changes to this policy

If the scope or purposes of our processing change, we will update this policy and change the date shown at the top.
